Description

The Museum of the Dutch Resistance offers an engaging and immersive experience into the harrowing times of German occupation in World War II. Through personal stories, artefacts, letters, films, and photographs, visitors can witness the local resistance to—and in some cases, collaboration with—the Nazis. Additionally, the museum also documents the history of the Dutch East Indies before and after the war. Labels are provided in both Dutch and English and a free audio guide is available in several languages. Allow at least a couple of hours to explore the museum.
