A lively street chock full of things to see and buy

Haarlemmerstraat is an easy walk from Central Station. By day it is crowded with shoppers browsing specialty shops and vintage clothing stores. There is a health drink bar, a bakery, and a chocolate shop, restaurants, and a charming cinema called The Movies. Bars and nightclubs attract the night crowd.

You’ll see trendy cafés, delis, supermarkets, and wine shops. The street is very narrow and the two way traffic is a bit daunting. Bicycling on the street would be dangerous. This is a great place for a stroll.
